Directions and Location

FROM ADELAIDE

To get to Karnak Waters River Murray Houseboats:

  • Follow the South Eastern Freeway out of Adelaide towards Melbourne
  • Take the Murray Bridge exit off the Freeway (next one after the Monarto exit)
  • Follow this road (Adelaide Road) through to the second set of stop lights and turn left here. (Dutton Motors and Woolworths petrol station on corners)
  • Follow this road (Mannum Road) out of town for approximately 20 minutes
  • This road will bring you to a T-Junction (signposted to Mannum), turn right here, this road will lead you into the main street of Mannum

Once you have arrived into the entrance to Mannum (Adelaide Road) you will need to turn right into Berryman Ave (BP Service Station on the corner) Berryman Ave will then merge into Belvedere Road, follow this through pass the Mannum Golf Course and 300m up the road you will arrive at the entrance to Mannum Waters Estate. Turn right into the estate then first exit at the roundabout into Pelican Drive.

FROM ADELAIDE (south side)

To get to Karnak Waters River Murray Houseboats:

  • Follow the M1 (South Eastern Freeway) and turn off onto Onkaparinga Valley Road.
  • At the Hahndorf exit. Continue through Oakbank and Woodside, then turn right into Mt Torrens Road.
  • Head straight through Mt Torrens and follow Terlinga Road to Randell Road.
  • Turn right towards Tungkillo and continue on through Palmer until you reach
    Mannum.

Once you have arrived into the entrance to Mannum (Adelaide Road) you will need to turn right into Berryman Ave (BP Service Station on the corner) Berryman Ave will then merge into Belvedere Road, follow this through pass the Mannum Golf Course and 300m up the road you will arrive at the entrance to Mannum Waters Estate. FROM ADELAIDE (north side)

To get to Karnak Waters River Murray Houseboats:

  • Take North East Road and continue via Modbury, Inglewood and Birdwood.
  • Approximately 4 km after Birdwood, turn right into Randell Road.
  • Continue through Tungkillo and Palmer until you reach Mannum.

Once you have arrived into the entrance to Mannum (Adelaide Road) you will need to turn right into Berryman Ave (BP Service Station on the corner) Berryman Ave will then merge into Belvedere Road, follow this through pass the Mannum Golf Course and 300m up the road you will arrive at the entrance to Mannum Waters Estate.
